Managed 12 learning professionals, including 6 directors, in North American corporate and regional operating company (OpCo) locations responsible for sales and operations learning services to the 89 OpCos in North America; managed annual operating budget of $5.5M. Result: Aligned professional development programs to performance management process (DDI’s Coaching and Maximizing Performance) across exempt and non-exempt functions. Achieved 76% utilization of e-learning for off-the-shelf licenses.

Managed North American and European learning consulting team for privately held learning products/services provider. Managed annual operating budget of $2.5M. Grew learning consulting team from 10 to 17 members responsible for learning program implementations for proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) as well as third-party LMS implementations (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand, Plateau, Saba, SumTotal, etc.). Developed and implemented core service model, including course mapping, marketing strategy, and program reviews. Result: Expanded reach to 300+ clients with multi-year agreements averaging $150k per client per year. Achieved 96% renewal rate for all multi-year engagements totaling $45M up from mid-70% rate.

Managed North America learning consulting operations for privately held learning products/services provider. Provided strategic leadership for North American operations; directed 6 managers and 55+ Learning Consultants responsible for learning service engagements with Fortune 500 companies. Maximized human capital performance by linking clients’ learning strategies with their corporate strategies. Result: Achieved revenue goal of $300M per year.
